    Cleaning out the Garage.

Tacx Flow Trainer in used but fully functional and good condition.

The Flow measures all the things you might expect, along with a few you wouldn’t. It offers: power (watts), speed, average speed, time, heart rate (it works with a normal Polar chest strap) cadence, as well as allowing you to program inclines to increase resistance from the unit. These things mean you are never going to get bored. There is always something focus on and it really enables you to be creative with your sessions and also forces you to concentrate on the type of session you are doing. In addition, the unit can be programmed to hold you at certain wattages or speeds (by automatically increasing resistance etc) meaning intervals are really easy and also accurate and very repeatable.

The only thing missing is the cadence magnet that attaches to your bike’s crank. The cadence sensor is there. Any cadence magnet will work, so no issue.
