how bizarre has this tour been with so many of the big names crashing out in the first week. doing the best training, having the best nutrition and being in the best form of your life means nothing if you aren”t there are the end of the race. or, in our case, there at the end of the ride. many of the crashes in the tour have been caused by inattention or not riding to conditions. make sure that you are on the ball during our club training rides because the crash that you cause, may result in someone else coming off worse.
