Your club is run according to a set of rules which are outlined in the club’s constitution.  In case you haven’t seen it before, you have always been able to find a copy of it on the club website – here.

In 2015 the State Government made changes to the law which outlines the requirements for these rules – the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.  In order to comply with some of the new requirements of this law we have to update our constitution.

In order to adopt the new constitution, it is necessary to hold a General Meeting of club members.  Notice is given that this General Meeting will be at 9:00am on 9 June 2018 (post the Saturday ride) at Dome Westralia Plaza, Shop 5 Westraila Plaza, 167 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.  There will be an attendance register for current members to sign.

Note: We will NOT be running a Dome buffet breakfast as we normally do in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting.
