SPR Tour de France Dinner at Chez Pierre’s in Nedlands – Tuesday 17 July (Stage 10) 6.30pm
The booking is in their separate dining room so places are limited to 30. This time we are keeping it simple so just come along for a wonderful three-course meal with your friends and partners – no need to swot up on the highest mountain in France or the previous Tour de France winners.
Stage 10 is in the Haute –Savoie region in the Auvergne-Rhône Alps and the set menu below reflects food from the region.
- Amuse Bouche
- Tartiflette – a traditional winter dish from Savoy in the Alps. Potatoes, caramalised onions served with a light veloute and crispy lardons and finished in the oven with Gruyere and Raclette cheese
- Sorbet
- Filet of Boeuf au Roquefort. Tender Harvey fillet of Beef, served with a gratin potato dauphinoise, pumpkin and cardamom puree and spinach finished with a classis Roquefort sauce
- Fondant au Chocolat. Hot baked Belgium Dark chocolaté Lava cake, with a rich liquid centre, served with vanilla bean ice-cream, salted caramel sauce and pouring crème anglaise.
