I bought my KK trainer off http://www.cycling-inform.com/ a year ago now. They have a few packages there. If I recall correctly, it was the cheapest at that time after taking into account shipping costs (the store is in Aus). I definitely recommend the riser block as a necessary accessory.

Oh I’ve also got a set of Elite ghibli parabolic rollers that I don’t use any more, if you need something to try in the meantime.
