I use Velosure as well and highly recommend them. I cracked the frame of my Cannondale Supersix when I took it to Brisbane about a year ago and they were very quick to get it replaced. Interestingly, the local Cannondale rep (through the bike shop) said they would be unable to match the frame colour etc to the existing fork (you are left with your original fork if its not damaged) but Velosure had no problems getting the right model, size and colour. They were very easy to deal with during the claim.
