Cheers Peter. I’ve had a look at quite a few hub combinations and certainly learnt a lot about wheels in general in one day.

I think an all rounder will be what I’m after at this stage to keep me on the road and on something decent enough to race as well….My frame is ageing so the next investment is likely that.

You’re right about Dura Ace 9000 hubs, they seem to be attracting some good reveiws and present best value for $$$.

What’s your take on ceramic bearings versus conventional S/S? It seems it’s a $160 difference on the Chris King hubs and not sure if that’s justifiable?
