Hey Paul ,

Iv’e started riding in grade D so far iv’e done a few crits , I usually ride in main 1 on saturday . The only advice I would give you is to try it and see if its your level . Grade D has some young riders who like to spring off the front but us old boys usually reel them in at some stage .

The bike handling side of things can be a little hairy at times , but as long as you let them know your there you’ll be good to go ..
