You might not get too many responses because SPR kit is supposed to be restricted to members only:
“Who can purchase the kit?
All current financial members of the South Perth Cycle Club (South Perth Rouleurs) may order the kit. This means you need a current CyclingWA membership where you have chosen South Perth Rouleurs as your local club.
People with Extraordinary Memberships may also purchase a kit. This type of membership is for those that regularly ride with the group but are members and have insurance through other nationally recognised associations (MTBA, TriAUS, BMX, Audax) or another affiliated club (e.g. ATTA).”
You may want to check with the race organisers regarding approved kit for international cyclists (??) before pursuing local club kit.
