For those of us located North or if you ever travel that way, the City of Vincent’s proposed Bike Network Plan is in “community consultation” via an online form from the website below. It includes on-road lanes down Bulwer St, Oxford St and those nice green boxes at traffic lights that put cyclists up the front of traffic.
