I have had several brands and types over the years. My current pair and my favourite for really wet weather are the thick neoprene PRO Tarmac NPU+. i haven’t had any booties that successfully keep the water out but these ones are so thick that they at least keep the water in your shoes nice and warm

if it’s over 7 degrees i just stick with toe covers.
