which I was considering pulling out for this mornings commute.

There are a couple of other versions for more extreme conditions than what we get here. But having said that, I do tend to get ribbed alot for wearing them. But my feet stay nice and toasty.

they do keep most of the water out, the only water ingress is what enters from the top of the boot. so in heavy rain they are not 100% water proof. but they are pretty good. Way better than booties.
