To clarify – the session will run 6.30-8.30ish.
Cost is $20 which includes a hire track bike.
It is better if you bring your normal cycle shoes and pedals to use.
Just turn up on the day – no need to pre-register.

Remember it will be COLD at the track so dress accordingly.
