other than bigger, is it worth the upgrade? I’ve got an 800 and had been considering it. but I have 3 of the bar end mounts (I can never be bothered swapping them between bikes) and the 1000 needs a different mount. But the 800s still get a reasonable price second hand. So it could be worth it given the change over is not huge.

but then I think maybe I should give garmin my money via a set of vectors. Decisions decisions…
