I’ve been off the bike with the flu for most of the week. Although I got to test out the performance of my mud guard on Monday evening, which given I was saturated it was a little hard to evaluate.

How about we make it the Velo Solo Spring Classic and aim for Saturday 6 September.

We could also have a reconnaissance ride for course selection before hand. I’m up for next saturday if others are keen. However, we will be expecting all competitors to have cleaned their bikes for the inaugural event.
