Hi Bryan, I might be able to help you out – I’ve got a Giant TCR female version which is small – I’m only 164cm, it’s my commuting bike which I’m not using at the moment so may as well be used and I do have shimano shoes spare – size 39, go with that bike etc etc… my mob is 0416 980 059
