Yohooo finally I made it, the missing ingredient was a hammer gave it a good couple of hard taps from the drive side and the axle came out from the other side:) as I guessed there was another spacer inside which was stuck, cleaned the whole thing up thoroughly, regreased the bearings with Finish Line ceramic grease this time and repacked it, supper happy with the result.
From this experience I learned a lot about the rear hub reckon next time I can do it with closed eyes haha. Next project is the BB, still don’t have the guts to touch it though.
