Shane-thanks for the feedback, looked at the wattbike wesite, what a nice looking bike, some of the features in particular the pedaling efficiency and being able to race with other wattbikers are really appealing, endorsed by UK and Oz cycling really nice, also liked the fact that probably should have good customer support within Oz. Tried to call their Perth distributor but no one picked up the phone, will give it a go tomorrow again. Apart from being more pricy than the cycleops 400, on the surface it seems it lackes the auto resistace adjustability that one expects from the top of the line indoor bikes at this price range, dont know in practice how important is that but it’s cool to be able to download the courses and let the machine adjust the resistance, have you tried the wattbike before? If yes how it felt?
Btw out of curiosity went to the Cannington Rebel sport to try the Proform Centinnial, didnt hit the mark at all, flimsy everywhere, reminded me the bad reviews I’ve read about it, the saleperson tried to put the blame on the poor set up but the way it looked it can’t be a sturdy bike.
