a reply from the PTA, i feel it is a win, maybe only a itty bitty win but a win is a win. I love the politically correct bullshit about “performance managed”

Alas i still cannot get an answer to this question, which i have asked at least 20 times now

“Is it a policy of the PTA to mow down and mutilate cyclists beyond recognition, so much so that not even their family will recognise them”

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on the services we provide to the public. Feedback from the general public is vital in helping us to improve our services to you our customer.

I am writing to you in regards to your customer comment about an incident that occurred on the 6 February 2016 at the intersection of Pinettee Gully Road at about 8:00 am where the driver of Bus 2400 has failed to stop at the stop sign.

I have investigated this matter inclusive of reviewing the bus’s CCTV recordings and interviewing the driver.

I can assure you that the driver concerned has been performance managed in accordance to our Company’s policies and procedures as they pertain to this matter.

Once again thankyou for the time you have taken to advise us of this incident and Swan Transit apologises for any inconvenience caused.
