Took part in the Hell of the North last weekend did the 95km ride what a great course has a fair few hills with one killer hill 80+km in with a grade of over 12% and a lot of head wind but managed to finish in 3.08 with an Avg speed of 30.2km/ph looking forward to doing it again next year.
