A massive thanks to all riders for their help last Friday on the SPR ride after my ‘mechanical’. I can’t remember the crash and I’m very glad it happened at a relatively stationary point in the ride so I didn’t bring anyone else down with me. I’m out of hospital and doing OK. Thanks again for the concern and thoughts of all involved.
