Thanks Nirvan, Some good info. I have Park tool for the hanger but shifted house and haven’t really setup again. I suspected this.
Luckly I have my other bike and this is working fine, but I may attempt this adjustment.

Still was hoping to get a strip down service before going over to Adelaide for TDU, so still looking for recommendations.
