Those 16 of us in the SPR Saturday Main 2 on 21/3/15, riding down Railway Rd, Karrakatta past the Cemetary gates will recall the blokes in the white Hyundai I30 hatch who tried to impress us with their car skidding ability.
Whilst i saw a few people jump out of their skins it was good (and lucky) to see no-one reacted so much as to crash.
Despite Jono’s lightening reflexes & abilities to capture the number plate on his phone camera it has been determined that the vehicle is a Hire Car and the driver cannot be easily identified.
However, an investigation has commenced and if a driver is identified a prosecution for dangerous driving will follow.
