I would just settle for banished, we have done our best to instill good habits in Main 3. It tends to be some of the irregular riders that tear groups apart.

Yes agree, you must be referring to the racing sprint off at the lights causing the rubber band effect at the back.

maybe if the front half slowed up for the back half to catch up after going through traffic lights, people may not be tempted to have to accelerate to light speed to make up the gap. This doesn’t justify people […]

I’m not really too fussed on what colour but too much white will get dirty very quickly as i dribble my Dome latte down the front. Build in some reflective / flouro element so that there is some form of greater visibility.

Current Kit looks good but may be a little tweeking could make it more visible. After watching the Tour of Flanders, Day Glow Yellow is really high Vis.
