I’ll chuck my name on the reserve list if you struggle to make up numbers?
I don’t really meet the second point as I only get out to club rides very infrequently but have been racing under an SPR membership for a few years now.

Hi Guys,
I’m keen to join up with one of the beginner/transitional rides tomorrow (first group ride).
Is there anything special that I need to know/do or do I just turn up and introduce myself?
