Following the main 1 crash on Saturday 21st, I lodged a claim with Velosure on Monday morning. I provided the main details of the crash on the claim form and submitted. Within about a day the claim was processed with no issues. They had good interaction with the bike shop (TBE Nedlands) and the repair work has commenced as of today!

Back on the road soon.
