If you don’t have a link to an SPR Garmin Connect map:
– Open the map from the post i.e. embedded in the SPR website
– Right click within map frame but outside map area
– Select the option to Open the frame in a new tab or window
– The map header line will look something like
http://connect.garmin.com/course/embed/3683324
– Delete the “/embed” from the header line ie
http://connect.garmin.com/course/3683324
This will open the map in Garmin Connect so you can select “Send to Device”
