I usually go for a hill ride on Sunday. I notice that there has been one group for each short and long hills ride.
We always re group throughout the ride especially after a tough hill!
I will say that the average speed depends on who leads the group.
I think it has been average 25 to 30 km/hour. Hope this helps!
