I’m looking for a children’s bike trailer and any opinions on bike trailers vs baby seats on the bike. Has anyone used either around Perth’s bike paths?

With the 800 you can simply save a GPX file to the “NewFiles” folder of you device. When you start up the unit it will automatically convert it to a course.

Thanks for the great shots, Pete. They make a nice profile picture for my new strava account.

lesson: bikes don’t like being pushed. I got a chain ring tooth in the back of my ankle while pushing my mountain bike. I only need four stitches though so you still take the cake for bizarre cycling injury.

Does this mean the elite mens race will have Cameron & Travis Meyer and the B-grade race will have Emma Pooley? Yep, I think C-grade is the place for me.
Shame about the course being so short and going up the […]

Those categories are a bit confusing. If that is the case then 17-30 year old riders get to choose their race grade and distance but masters get no choice and have to race a distance based on their age.
What […]

Big thanks to Pete and Josh who did the hard work leading up to the event and made it all come together on the day.
BTW, where can forgetful people go to trade their race number for their licence back?

I’m racing c grade but I’m happy to come down early and ride with the U13s. It should be a nice little warm up as long as they don’t drop me.

I’m still undecided about racing the golden spokes. What do you need more, c-grade racers or non-racing volunteers?

Nice drawing but you colored outside the lines. I thought the one thing geologist knew (apart from how to drink) was how to color in.

Hi Ronny, I can find a good home for the cranks and jockey wheels. Are you riding tomorrow?

I know how you feel Pete, gastro sucks! I came down with it on Sunday arvo after the hills ride. I spent Monday morning in hospital and didn’t get back on the bike until today. Add that to 7 weeks off the bike and I feel very weak. Betty White on a penny-farthing would kick […]

Nice work on the cartoon!
I do like the stealth look but I think lighter colours would be better for visibility and during summer.
I also think that members only kit would help ensure the club maintains a good image through the riding etiquette of its members.
