The only advice I would give is always remember your riding in the clubs colours . Sometimes in races you get someone who likes the sound of there own voice . In other words they like to tell people to chase down break aways . You also sometimes can get riders who look like they just bolted out of a field riding a bull .

My advice for dealing with both these problems is a tap on the shoulder and a word in the riders ear …….Good luck and stay upright
