The event will be run out of the Marrinup MTB park and will have a completely different feel to the Dwellingup 100 even though it is the sister event to the D100. To start with there are some bigger climbs, 800 meters over the 50 kms, and secondly Turner Hill is not featured in this race. However, there is some awesome trail that simply rocks!

Its a great event, and it gets better every year.
More single track in 2014, but the beach and ” heartbreak hill ” stay ( keep the roadies honest I say). -

Happy to burn matches for a main 2 or 3 team.
Racing Sorrento Challenge Tri the day before so won’t be a full pace for a main 1 team.

From memory there is a exercise bike to the side of the testing equipment area. Get there early enough for your own body’s warm up requirements.

I have 2 Gazebo’s (mine and Pete Gill’s) to bring down, hoping to be there by 2pm to set up “SPR Tent Party Land”. Camp beds , tables, camp kitchen, gas cooker for hot dinner/BBQ breakfast. You end up using the lot, comfortable and warm is the way to go. Worked very well last year. […]
