A colleague of mine (non SPR member) would like to do the VO2 max test, he is more into mountain biking if it makes any difference, am pretty sure many of you have done it before and know right people around that can perform this test, please provide me with contact details and cost if you know:)

It’s ideal to have a full team (9 member) for this pace, with 5-6 it will be shattering (no recovery time) let’s see how many are keen, hopefully we can form a team in time.

There is a gap (pace wise) among teams above that we can probably fill it in. What about 37/39 (M1 to fast), I reckon many are in this space that were a bit hesitant to join the Fast/M1 @ 38/40 like myself. Thanks Bill, my overall weight is 76-77kg (myself and the bike) which is about 2kg less than before with the new bike, never felt such an issue with my old bike which has Conti Ultra Race tyres though these tyres don’t have too much good reviews for wet condition. Don’t know if the grip-loss is related to the 2kg loss or the new tyres. Had a look…[Read more]

This morning I felt a little bit unsafe in couple of occasions when I had to brake on the wet road, my new bike is fitted with Michelin pro3 race which based on my experience today doesn’t seem to have a good grip on the wet road, I’ve had 100psi pressure in the wheels (maybe too high for a wet day)
