    Hi guys,

    Cause i’m not super fit as many as you are I thought I should share my confusion here. Is it normal to wind up and down the FTP setting in your indoor training sessions to cater for different type of interval training? particularly with Sufferfest intervals which are generally more complex and intensive (my indoor bike app ranks em as intensity 4+) than say a simple one like 10x2min @ 110-120% FTP with recovery in between, if I want to just finish em and don’t die half way through I have to lower my FTP setting on my smart indoor bike otherwise it gets too hard to sustain and have to either abort or stop, catch some breath and then restart which probably is not the point of an interval training. am i doing the right thing or I should train with same FTP setting? thoughts, suggestions plz 🙂
