Thanks Guys sounds like there was quite a bit of confusion on this …even with the organisers …as when i went to register this morning they didn’t really seem to know. Anyway it got referred to the head UCI official who gave my Recreational Licence the OK.
So if you have a Rec. Licence you shouldn’t need a Day Race Membership.

Can anyone confirm what is the licencing requirements for UWCT “Grand Fondo”?
I have currently just got a “Recreational Licence” and think this is all I will need. When I put my Member No in at registration and it was accepted and let me sign up. But just want to double check that a Full Racing Licence is not required?

Today was my last SPR Saturday for a while…..as next week I am heading off to the land of the long white cloud to start a new job in Auckland.

Thanks for a great successful event Pete and all the volunteers – fantastic organisation and you kept all us riders well hydrated and fed.
Altogether a great day out on the bike………. but who put all those towers on the tops of hills!!
