Hi Poodle (AKA Bryan). I have a pretty much unused Cyclops SL+ (I think, will need to check when home today). Best looking powertap out there.. (carbon bits in the middle of silver).
It is 28 holed, I buckled the wheel I had it laced in, less than 2 months after I got it and have never got around to putting it in a new wheel. It has a shimano…[Read more]

Great write up about doing the right thing Peter.. Seems to be many people out there in a rush to go nowhere..
The media is a joke, instead of actively helping they try to stir the pot.. Best for ratings? Or just shows what sort of people work at these places? The people who tail gate and actively block effective merging??

My thoughts and prayers are with Gary and his family. So so sad, I hope positive progress comes quickly.
Seems to happen all to often these days. Stay safe all.

The issue is the article, which his name was linked to, basically said the deaths of the six cyclists were their fault.
Someone does not know how to interpret the data. If Hon Simon believes the article did not correctly relay what he meant, it is his responsibility to have it pulled or be prepared to have the article contents thrown back at…[Read more]

A beintot Edward. Safe travels, great you are going back to the family. Shame you have to leave Perth to do it. Sounds like you had a good time whilst you were here.
If we are ever in Korea, we will definitely look you up.. 🙂

Bought a replacement 910xt on Friday afternoon, went for a swim. Then found out Friday evening there is a 920xt available.
I have loved having my 910xt, used it for everything but now want a 920xt (greedy? It is Christmas afterall).
Selling for $299 (RRP$499 Wiggle $449), heart rate strap, charger etc still in plastic, unused. I will also put…[Read more]

Hi Mark, contribute evenly with the group you are sent out with. If you have any folk in the group who are not pulling their weight, do not feel bad leaving them behind. Be conservative first 80 or so kms (don’t light all your matches trying to stay away).. If you are still away and feeling fresh with about 20kms to go, dig deep, hopefully you…[Read more]

Very very sad to hear about the accident, very relieved neither were fatally injured.. I hope both Brett and Nicky’s injuries mend quickly and that they do not lose their love of cycling.

2008 eh, geez, so much water under the bridge.. Who would have thought those couple of folk in a car park would have grown as it has.. Definitely not possible without Pete’s passion and dedication (and Kate’s willingness to share him :-)..
