Good idea Paul to have the bike checked over once you arrive. G’day Paul. Haven’t seen them online. I just cut mine out using a jigsaw, bit of sanding, coat of varnish.

I also have the Scicon AeroComfort bike bag.
One challenge you’ll encounter is the strong likelihood that the baggage handlers will flip the bag on its side (as opposed to keeping it vertical) and place other luggage on top of the bag when stowing it on the plane.

Good report Julian. The number of green and gold jerseys’ in the Final just shows that cycling is alive and well in Australia. Demark certainly stands out however as a country that has got its act together re the co existence of bikes and cars

Just wanted to say thanks to the folks that organised the SPR tent and replacement bidon’s outside the Kalamunda Dome on Sunday. Was a welcome relief to be able to collect some water on the move during the Gran Fondo. Once again thanks for efforts in assisting the SPR riders during the race.
