Nicky’s advice is sage indeed. He told me the same thing, right before I sprung off the front for the first three laps. Then got reeled in. Then dropped. I’m no spring chicken BTW!

Just roll around with the pack near the front. That’s what I plan to do next time.

This guy also has some great tips for Crits (and cycling in general). Alas I didn’t follow those either…
