i wandered down to langley park after the hills ride with my two boys to watch the finish of the long distance triathlon world championships. there were a few people that have ridden with us before competing so i thought i would go down to show my support. here are a couple of photos from the day. unfortunately i didn’t get to see any bike action.
hannah lawton – a friend of sharons who came out on a few saturday rides at the start of the year.
sandy crowe – has come out on the hills ride a few times to build up strength on the bike. was climbing well last time she was out with us.
rachael smith – part of the original bikeforce saturday ride well before i even got to town. comes out on the group ride when it fits around her training.
shao wu – often comes out on both the saturday and sunday rides. has done a couple of full ironman races as well. too fit for me.
sue laidlaw – dave’s other half and a woman that can never stop smiling.
dave laidlaw – a regular at wednesday’s spin with fynn class.
