I expect to see all you ladies in your best frock, full bodied hair and caked on make up at our next ride (baguette in the basket is optional).
I have already taken some tips on board and have started riding to work with my nice dress rolled up under my leggings. I feel hot.
Please note that I am in full support of encouraging more women to cycle but also find this mildly amusing.
What!!!…. Are we SPR girls not glamorous enough already?!?! 😉
Besides, a basket of flowers may impede my week by week exponential progression through the group rides!
what about the blokes?
I’m sure they’ll let you join in zak.. do they do a white-on-white embroidered lace kit?
Oh god. That mental image is going to scar me for life.
I can’t believe that there are in excess of 96 cycling fact sheets!!! Here’s a few tips from fact sheet number 96 on how to avoid helmet hair – I’m sure there is something for everyone in this handy little flyer!

..except for those of us without hair. =(
Oh my word, the fact sheets are funnier than the original concept because it shows that people were actually serious about this.
Fact sheet 96-still no sign of a lace white kit.
These fact sheets are fantastic!
