Hey guys Race 4 of the crit series is on this Sunday. Racing will be fast and furious as riders will have their race legs on from the Australia Day crits and the battle for points will be heating up.
The roster we used last time worked well, with the exception of the relief marshall positions. Unfortunately a few relief marshall’s didnt step up to the plate which resulted in a couple of marshalls doing the full day out on the corners. Clearly we don’t want this to happen again – so please after your race or before your race see what you can do to help out.
If you have some free time on your hands on the day ask Pete where you can help out – he can help point you in the direction of a corner marshall that might need some relief.

I’m not racing this week, so I’ll be happy to help out on one of the desks or somewhere.
Count me in for volunteer.
Suzie and myself would be happy to help out at the registration desk if that is alright. You can count the 2 of us in…
Happy to be a traffic marshall for the first couple of races.
I will be racing in B grade so can help out with traffic Marshall for d grade and a bit of c also can help withe set in the morning..:-)
I’m happy to help out in some way for prettty much the whole thing (as long as it doesn’t involve writing).
I can do a second stint on a corner in lieu of the hills ride.
Put me down for something early. I’ll have to leave by 9.30 for kids sport commitments.
Happy to help with set up and marshalling for C and D grades.
I will also help hold the tent down in the event of the Cyclone hitting in the middle of the D Grade race:

Also, a pox on any poseur that refers to himself as “Cyclone
BianciBianchi”..lulz 😛
how about “cyclone bianchi” ? 😛
hey, don’t poke holes in my joke! *edits comment* =p
I’d actually read your comment as “bianca” then thought I was really clever with “bianchi”. Then I realised you’d actually beaten me too it 😛
Haha, we both fail together then.. 🙁 🙂
Just saw on Facebook that the race may be postponed due to Cyclone Roper. Understandable given the potential safety issues. Suppose we’ll know more as it gets closer.
Oh, I wouldn’t be afraid of that one, just full of hot air and bad jokes..
(or was that a comment on my riding ability?)
im bringing a spr kite!
So you are going to wear the SPR wind jacket then.

I’d like to ride C-group, and can help out any other time. Mark dC
