I have a new jersey Pete, I just find it hard to get into the back pocket without dislocating my shoulder 🙂
Thanks for taking the photos Pete, great shots of everyone on a very hard day
not Stuart but me Wes (Shane Gorman’s brother).
here’s first part of the c grade race from my bike cam. i’ll
try and get the rest of it up on youtube this week.
just watched it and now i’m all on tender hooks to see what happens in part 2. (no spoilers please!). good job Wes!
Great riding Wes, particularly our little two man break there..
and thanks for the filming, caught nicely the ducklings incident.
Watching the climb up Walnut reminded me of Johnny on the Drops saying “Is this Walnut? This better f*&cking be Walnut!”
I enjoyed sharing the break with you Jen. Sorry i couldn’t get your sprint finish on the bike cam – had a biomechanical up last climb (legs stopped pedalling).
well done all – tough course, esp’ last few kms. Thanks El Prez for the still shots – they say it all.
great shots pete! I love the one of jordan on his unicycle. also, the guy on the blue and black ridley noah is andy.
No wonder I was so far behind. Only 1 wheel! Damnit.
Thanks for supporting everyone Pete and taking some great shots. Looking forward to getting my SPR Jersey;)
So proud of all the SPR riders this weekend. I’ve seen a lot of pain, hard work, sweat and grimacing but good on you all for getting out there and giving it a go. Congratulations.
Ditto Kate…couldn’t have said it better myself! It was clear accross the three days of events that the club as a collective were well and truly deserving of the Cycling WA award “2011 WA Champion Team in Support Category”…competitors, cheerleading squad and all!
A picture tells 1000 words…but the photo of me “at the front of b grade” does not indicate the fact that the u19 rider next to me is going twice my speed
Fantastic work to all SPR riders.
Went up there after work on Friday night and liked what i saw.
