Funny how mountain biking in the rain feels as good as road riding feels bad! Msg me anyone keen for an alternative ride. Will post in future to get mtb training in. Munda Biddi around Serpentine was my silver lining. Didn’t meet a soul except for a few wet birds.

The view at L’alpe d’Huezigzag was amazing. Sunny and clear. Rainclouds far away. Almost forgotten the pain of G Eastern Hwy. Fresh. And thanks for stopping at Le Croissant instead of Le Grumpy Merchant everyone!
Got my legs up now and ready to watch the Tour. Almost ready for work tomorrow….
