Sounds good, i’m doing 100km Hills on sunday so probably wont be that fresh on Monday. Happy for a general ride or a repeats session to be honest, never done a WP repeats so wondered what it owuld be like. I’m not on deep dish so thats no worries

Ride out using Roe cycle path and do maybe 5-6 repeats of WP then ride warm down on the way back?
