a number of you have heard/seen what happened on the bike path near the narrows on thursday morning.  i know that john phillips tried to take a photo of the what happened, but the police told him to move on.

anyway, it was lucky that no-one was killed as the car left the freeway, speared through the fence and onto the bike path.  mark stupart managed to get a snap of the incident.  there are enough dangers on the bike path everyday (dogs, random pedestrians, oncoming 2 abreast riders), now we need to be wary of oncoming car drivers.
