after a successful tour tipping comp, is there any interest in running one for the tour of spain.
it starts on the 29th of august and runs for three weeks. i think i should be able to find an online streaming link so that you can watch the stages live. same rules will apply as per the tour tipping.
if interested, leave a comment. this won’t be an official sign in but lets me know if i should set up all the background spreadsheet work. minimum numbers would be 10 tipsters and i will set one up.
with the world champs starting this week we will be running two tipping contests free of charge. the first will be the elite men’s time trial on thursday and the second will be the elite men’s road race on sunday.
head to the tipping blog site listed above and check out the rules and the provisional startlist. tips must be in by 12 noon thursday for the time trial and 12 noon sunday for the road race.
ok as the olympics is starting this weekend i have organised a tipping comp for the men’s road race. so as not to make it too hard all you have to pick is the order of the countries that will take the medals.
i.e. gold – spain silver – australia (runner up again) bronze – spain
this comp will be free and i will organise some prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. go to the blog linked below and have a look at the details.
i have posted the rules and a contact e-mail for teams entry. cost will be $10 per team and you can enter as many teams as you want. all money will be distributed as prizes plus there will be some extra prizes this year as have been kindly donated.
