what an awesome day. all the big names out on the course and it was great to see them attacking each other on the climbs. well it did turn out to be a sprinters course as thor convincingly won it. cav had a bad day and didn’t look happy at all. the crowds were unbelievable for a race in australia and the reaction of those watching the big screens whenever anything exciting happened was great to watch. i am glad i went over for it as it may not be back in australia for a while. however, this just means that i will have to go travelling to watch it again.

Yeap had a great time over here. I managed to bump into the German team and the dutch on a training ride around Torque. A mate of mine also managed to sit down and have a coffee with Cav. It was all happening here in Geelong
