So if CWA still have me listed as D grade (1st year of racing), even if I have been doing C grade events, does it mean I can’t race?
If not, happy to volunteer. -

I am on call on Sunday and will be at Shelley unless work calls. Unfortunately I am away working over the Collie weekend.

Thanks everyone for the replies and advice. I have been taking it easy. Even just looking at my bike seems to start a coughing fit at the moment so I am reluctant to see what sitting on it will bring. A few more days of no riding for me I think..

I still have the flu so, unless I am feeling better on sunday morning I will have to unfortunately pass.

Hi everyone,
I have spent the last 24 hours shivering under a blanket while my joints ached and my head throbbed. A quick trip to the doctor this morning confirmed that I have the dreaded man-flu. I am looking at 5 days off work and potentially a few days off the bike. I don’t think I could spend that time not riding my bike especially seeings I…[Read more]

I use Velosure as well and highly recommend them. I cracked the frame of my Cannondale Supersix when I took it to Brisbane about a year ago and they were very quick to get it replaced. Interestingly, the local Cannondale rep (through the bike shop) said they would be unable to match the frame colour etc to the existing fork (you are left with your…[Read more]

I’m signed up for C grade, ready to try to latch on to Wong’s wheel, prior to getting dropped and doing the solo time trial from behind…. Who else will be there?

Hi, I am interested in the road race (and TTT if there is space in a team). Having never raced before, I am unsure of gradings. Can anyone tell me the kind of pace / fitness required for C grade?
