Paul, apologies for today, took some skin off on the MS ride and need to attend to some mechanical tidying up on the bike.I’ve a nice cricket ball size red hip that makes me think that today is not my best hills ride. Lets chat latter in the week re Mondays, i’ll be good later in the week.
