NDCC Nick, are you SPR? 🙂 I assume the TT teams have to be from the club you have your racing license with?
Mike B will be faster than all of us on his standard bike, let alone a flash TT bike (but he should be wary of the wind effects on deep dishes, being as light as he is)…
I am looking to be on a reasonably fast team, regardless of age.. Any reasonably fast people who have not made their intentions know as yet? 🙂
My intention is to not ride, so anybody who wants to borrow my TT bike (suiting height around 179cm) is welcome to use it, but I have no flash wheels 🙁
Welcome back from Timor, Stu. Hope you are well after the interesting roads. I have some reasonably nice tubular wheels but alas am 188cm tall.
The TT course is not that hilly, Ryan, so I’ll be a fair bit slower than the Masters ‘A’ team youngsters, especially if I get blown around in the wind.
Are you sure you don’t want to ride in an Open team?
TT teams do not have to be all from the same club. they were thinking about it previously, but there are too many teams that draw people from multiple clubs. Nic, if you need a team, let us know and we will see if we can fit you in somewhere.
we can also adjust the teams closer to the event depending on how people are going.

Blair, due to the fact that Cycling WA hasn’t paid Cycling Australia it’s fees yet, we can’t upgrade our licences online. So, we need to get a form from SPR. Not sure who we ask, but hopefully someone on here can get a copy of the form.

Stuart- is your offer for using your tt bike still on? i will be keen to use it if i cant get the new cervelo p3 built in time for the champs , i should be right height , i will byo my zipps……………..

Is it worth organising a bit of a training session before the race? Get to know the guys you’re riding with and that sort of thing? (I’m horrible with names)

hey mike. in the next few days peter and I will email all the riders with each others details etc. this way you can liase with other directly and organise who is going to register the teams etc.
