Rumour had it some crazy triathletes may be doing the 1/2 Ironman the day before as a gentle warm up!!!

Paul O, good work, I did the race (B grade) the day after the half in 2008. Ended up in a break of 3 (not what the Doctor ordered) but we won by 9 minutes which was good (hard work), although cramping in the sprint mean’t no top spot on the podium for me, ended with a 2nd (my regular spot, my team got 2nd in the HIM as well.. to go with the second in the corp tri, a second in my off road tri, it was a year of 2nds for me :-)…
Collie is a decent course, a few little inclines where it is possible to shed a little ‘dead weight’ so to speak 🙂

im in for B grade, im camping down at dewellingup from thursday, so the race will pull out all the stiff nights sleep!!!
